Project Manager – Federal and Logistics Operations

Location : Eastside Jacksonville, FL

Clearance : Must be eligible for facility access and handling of sensitive information

Travel Requirement : Up to 25% domestic travel to client or operational sites

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead federal and logistics-based service contracts. This role demands both strategic oversight and hands-on project leadership. You will manage the full lifecycle of active and upcoming programs, ensure compliance with government regulations, and drive the execution of logistics, supply chain, and infrastructure support operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee execution of logistics, warehouse, or facilities-based government contracts
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and performance tracking systems
• Serve as the lead client interface, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Direct internal teams and subcontractors to deliver on-time, compliant work
• Monitor budgets, risks, and deliverables in accordance with FAR and DFARS standards
• Maintain coordination with SCx leadership and support departments on all active work

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree required, or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in logistics, supply chain, or federal services
• PMP certification preferred
• Proven track record managing government contracts or service-based delivery teams
• Ability to travel up to 25% for project oversight and client coordination
