Position Overview :

ServCorp (SCx) is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse activities, inventory accountability, material handling operations, and logistics execution in support of commercial and government customers. The Warehouse Operations Manager serves as the operational lead for warehouse and storage activities, ensuring materials, equipment, and assets are received, stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, leadership capability, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate possesses experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer support within fast paced environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily warehouse operations and material flow activities
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution functions
• Maintain inventory accuracy and asset accountability
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Support material handling, warehousing, and logistics operations
• Develop and maintain operational reports and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, transportation providers, and internal teams
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and operational performance
• Supervise warehouse personnel and subcontractors as assigned
• Support contract execution and operational readiness activities

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
